We are a construction company with nearly 20 years of experience on polish market. We specialize in building residential complexes, offices and retail warehouses located within the largest cities in Poland. We have our constructions in Cracow, Warsaw, Katowice, Lodz and Wroclaw. Our mission has always been to create top quality apartments and houses. Every time we try to do our best to ensure that investments reflect the care we put in their implementation and to meet the needs of the clients for whom the purchase of own property is often one of the most important decisions in the life. Regardless of prevailing economic conditions we will never give up our high standards. The results that we have achieved so far confirm, that our priorities have been chosen properly. In 2011 we sold a record number of 517 flats and houses (25% more than in 2010). Until now, in our 20 construction investments over 2,400 apartments (totally nearly 150 thousands sqm) have found new buyers .

One of the major characteristics of Atal company is stability and reliability. We employ highly skilled specialists whose task is to design and build the apartments, which provide comfort and functionality. Our development strategy is to make the position of the company stronger on the markets on which we are already present. Furthermore, to increase transparency and credibility of our business among our customers we plan debut of Atal shares on WSE. We are the member of the Polish Association of Developers, and since 2010 we participate in the program Reliable Company. In 2011 we were awarded with the title of the Company of the Year of Cieszyn District and Pearl of Polish Economy.
