Ewelina Juroszek, Sales Director

Working in a real estate industry for 6 years. In ATAL S.A. responsible for the sale of the investments and management of the company's sales offices in Krakow, Katowice, Lodz and Wroclaw. She specializes in planning marketing and promotional activities, as well as building a commercial offer of the company. She graduated from a reputable Long Island University in New York. When it comes to her interests she mentions traveling, literature, music and marketing.

Irena Kolondra, Administration and Technical Director

She has been working for ATAL S.A. since 1993. She has competences in management and sales gained by working on leading positions. Over the years she worked as a director of residential sales recruiting and creating sales in the stores of the company in Katowice, Lodz and Krakow. In addition, she worked as a director of transport, marketing and sales manager, being responsible for key customers service and organization of exhibitions at national and international fairs. Currently, she took over the supervision of the housing communities and debt collection. Privately interested in literature and movies.

Jan Fender, Financial Director

He has been working in Atal Group since 2003, where he is a Financial Director both in ATAL S.A. and ATAL-INVEST Sp. z o.o. Before he started working in ATAL, he had been working in PKO BP, Brokerage House PKO BP and BRE Bank S.A. He graduated from Poznan University of Life Science, he also finished postgraduate studies in property management. He has participated in numerous courses and seminars in the field of banking and management. He is an active athlete, his passion is running, biking and skiing.

Maciej Fijak, Deputy Finance Director

Working in financial sector since 1996. He gained his professional experience in Polski Bank Inwestycyjny, Kredyt Bank and Centrum Bankowości Korporacyjnej ING Bank Śląski. In 2008 he became customer consultant for large companies in BRE Bank, where he was responsible for comprehensive financial services of the large business entities. A graduate of the Jagiellonian University and Cracow University of Economics. He has participated in numerous courses and seminars in the field of banking and management. Particularly interested in sport, participates in cross-country skiing tournaments.

Agata Giebel-Gałaman, Director of Subsidiary Office In Lodz

She has been working in Subsidiary Office in Lodz since 2007. She is responsible for the administration and legal supervision of the process of selling apartments and co-ordinates the inner work of the office. She gained her first professional experience working in XVI Department of the Land Registry in Regional Court in Lodz. In the following years she was performing the administrative service to the board and managing the organizational and legal work in the company Drukarnia Prasowa. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Lodz. She completed a training course on property management. In her work she values contact with people the most. Privately her biggest passion is reading. She hopes to infect with this passion her two children in the future.

Łukasz Hołub, Sales Office Manager

He works as Sales Office Manager in Łodz. He has been working for the Company since 2007. He is responsible for managing the sales’ process and customer service. He was working for such companies as BMW Poland, Ford “Mieszek” P.H.U., Fine Fashion and Firma Pośrednictwa Ubezpieczeniowego EPM. He graduated from Lodz Academy of International Studies and finished postgraduate studies in the field of real estate brokerage. He speaks fluent English. He is interested in extreme sports, especially motorbikes and climbing.

Martyna Nowak, Senior Sales Specialist

She has been working in real estate sector since 2006. She has experience in selling apartments both on primary and secondary market. She has been working in ATAL S.A. since 2009 and is responsible for supervising and coordination the work of Sales Office in Krakow, as well as customer service. She gained her experience working in Spółka Mieszkaniowa Salwator Sp. z o.o. and real estate agency – Grupa B12 Nieruchomości. She graduated from AGH University of Science and Technology, faculty Geology. She also finished postgraduate studies Property Valuation. She loves traveling, dancing and music.
