Investment description

Encouraged by the success of Blekitne Osiedle we decided to built the second stage of the investment which is a continuation of the first stage idea. This time the complex was built on C-shaped plan which makes the whole investment open. Accessible from all the staircases garages and storerooms are situated in the underground part of the building. Like in the first stage of Osiedle Blekitne also in the second stage every apartment is provided with the installation of the cable television, Internet and intercom. Only tested and before proven high quality materials were used to the construction of the buildings.
